Easy Sweet Pickles
- 1 qt. Kosher dill pickles
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- Few mixed spices
- few slices sweet onions (optional)
- Heat sugar, water and vinegar until sugar dissolves.
- Drain pickles.
- Cut into chunks and return to jar with added spices or onion, if desired.
- Pour liquid over pickles.
- Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
