Marmalade Glazed Spareribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, ground
- 6 lb. pork spareribs, individual ribs
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Put ribs in a pan and pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat over to 350F.
- Put ribs on rack in the oven with foil on bottom of the oven.
- Roast ribs for 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
