White and Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  1. TO MAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRYS
  2. Place chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate either carefully in microwave or over simmering water stovetop just until smooth.
  4. Using half of the strawberries, hold the stem of the strawberry and dip one by one in warm chocolate, let excess drop.off and place on foil lined plates.
  5. Don't let strawberries touch each other while wet or they will stick together.
  6. Continue until.all.are covered.
  7. Chill in refrigerator to set chocolate.
  8. TO MAKE DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRYS
  9. Place chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and melt carefully in microwave or over simmering water stovetop until smooth
  10. Using the remaining strawberries , holding the stem dip them in the chocolate one by one letting excess drop off.
  11. Place on foil lined plates with berries not touching each other.
  12. Chill.in refrigerator until chocolate is set
  13. When all the chocolate has set remove from.foil to platter or plates
