Spiced Pecans

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together salt, sugar, cumin and cayenne.
  3. Stir in oil to make a smooth mixture.
  4. Toss pecans with seasonings to coat.
  5. Arrange on cookie sheet in single layer.
  6. Toast 8 to 10 minutes, until they take on a little color.
  7. Cool, and serve.
  8. (They will keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for a week.)
