Cilantro Garlic Shrimp Kabobs
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound (24) fresh large raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail on
- 1 medium lemon, sliced, quartered
- 9 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- Heat one side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Push coals to one side in charcoal grill.
- Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.
