Triple Cheese Hamburger
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (optional)
- 1/4 cups Ketchup Or BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Relish
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 All Beef 1/4 Pound Hamburger Patties
- 2 Hamburger Buns (I Used Crostini)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce, Torn
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Tomato, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Shredded Goat Cheese
- 2 pieces Sandwich Pickles
- 1/2 cups Hot Pepper Rings
- 1.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet on medium heat.
- Add butter if using and let it melt and coat the pan.
- 2.
- In a small bowl mix together ketchup, relish and mustard and set aside.
- 3.
- Place patties in hot skillet and cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
- Do not press down on the patties and turn them only once.
- Cook to desired doneness depending how you like your burgers.

- Heat burger buns in a toaster oven if desired.
- 5.
- Layer the cut sides of buns with the ketchup mixture.
- 6.
- On the bottom bun add, shredded cheddar cheese and a leaf of lettuce.
- 7.
- Place cooked burger on top and then add shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, another leaf of lettuce, goat cheese, sandwich pickles and hot pepper rings.
- Add top bun.
- 8.
- Enjoy!
