Cappuccino Mousse

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and chill briefly in freezer.
  2. Whip cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer, pouring in the coffee mixture as it whips.
  3. Take care not to overbeat.
  4. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sliced almonds on top.
