Baked Indian Pudding Recipe

  1. This is from a leaflet from the famous Durgin Park Restaurant ('Where your grandfather dined a century ago'),
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with one half (3/4 qt) of the above warm lowfat milk and bake in a very warm even till it boils.
  3. Then stir in remaining half (3/4 qt) of warm lowfat milk, and bake in a slow oven heat for five to seven hrs.
  4. Bake in a stone crock, well greased inside.
