Creamy Chicken Quiche

  1. Pastry:
  2. Use all the ingredients to make a 10 inch pie crust.
  3. Bake 5 minutes at 400F (200C).
  4. Cool.
  5. Filling:
  6. Saute mushrooms in butter.
  7. Add chicken and green onions.
  8. Saute five minutes.
  9. Add to pie shell.
  10. Blend eggs, salt and cream together.
  11. Pour into pie shell.
  12. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  13. Bake 50 minutes at 350F (180C).
  14. Serves 6.
