BBQ Nachos

  1. Mound tortilla chips in a pile on a platter.
  2. Sprinkle with Neelys BBQ Seasoning, to taste.
  3. Spread chopped pork, beef or chicken on top of chips.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning again and pour the Neelys Barbeque Sauce onto meat.
  5. Top with melted nacho cheese.
  6. Lightly sprinkle more Neelys BBQ Seasoning onto cheese.
  7. Add jalapenos to the nachos for additional spice.
  8. Neelys BBQ Seasoning
  9. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  10. In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
  11. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  12. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 2 hours.
  13. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
