BBQ Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Stuffing

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Place meat on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet or in shallow foil-lined roasting pan.
  3. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  4. barbecue sauce for later use; brush meat with 3 Tbsp.
  5. of the remaining sauce.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. Turn meat over; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  9. or until done (160F).
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Brush with reserved barbecue sauce; let stand 5 min.
  12. Meanwhile, melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  13. Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  14. Add water and apples; bring to boil.
  15. Stir in stuffing mix; cover.
  16. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  17. Fluff stuffing with fork.
  18. Serve meat with stuffing.
