No Oil! The Ultimate Kabocha and Okara Cake
- 200 grams Kabocha squash
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Egg
- 100 grams Milk
- 40 grams Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 few drops Vanilla essence
- Cook the kabocha in a steamer or microwave until tender, then remove the seeds and skin.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or mixer and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into a cake mold, and bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 360C/180C.
- Allow it to cool completely before removing it from the mold.
- Then, it's ready to serve!

- I added some cubed processed cheese to the batter.
