Grilled Tilapia Fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 4 tilapia fillets
- In medium bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, cilantro and salt until well blended.
- Place fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over fillets.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Wrap fillets in foil and grill.
