Coconut Curry Fish

  1. In a medium sized baking dish combine the first 9 ingredients, everything through cayenne on the above list.
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the fish and cover it with the marinade.
  4. Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook fish in marinade for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
  6. Serve with cilantro and toasted coconut.
