Crust For Fried Pies Recipe

  1. This is sufficient crust for 40 pies.
  2. Mix well and knead till the dough is workable.
  3. Healthy pinch off a small amount; roll out to 6-inches in diameter.
  4. Place your favorite filling inside, about 1/3 c. of filling.
  5. Fold over, seal edges tightly, press edges with a fork so they look pretty.
  6. Deep fry.
  7. Eat.
  8. Mmmm Good!
