Crust For Fried Pies Recipe
- 5 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1 can Pet lowfat milk
- This is sufficient crust for 40 pies.
- Mix well and knead till the dough is workable.
- Healthy pinch off a small amount; roll out to 6-inches in diameter.
- Place your favorite filling inside, about 1/3 c. of filling.
- Fold over, seal edges tightly, press edges with a fork so they look pretty.
- Deep fry.
- Eat.
- Mmmm Good!
