Country Pork Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water, in slow cooker.
  2. Stir to blend.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or at High for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Increase heat to high.
  5. Combine cornstarch and water.
  6. Stir slowly into stew mixture until thickened.
