- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (if needed)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Cook your bratwurst in a pan, I usually boil mine.
- So just put the pan on high and let the bratwurst boil until fully cooked.
- While cooking bratwurst, Cook your Rice as followed by the directions on the box (I usually cook a cup of rice for about 15 minutes).
- Once Bratwurst is done, take off outter skin (ONce it's cook it's easy to take off) Use a knife and cut down the middle then pull the skin off from the sides.
- Once skin is off, cut the bratwurst into big chunks!
- like a good bitesize portion.
- In a pot, put your setting on Med-high and add your 2 cups of chicken broth.
- add your cup of stews tomatos, if you want you can use your spoon to chop up the tomatos alittle more =).
- Add your chopped garlic glove.
- Add your salt and pepper and any other seasons you want!
- Add your flour if you want to.
- it's totally opional!
- Wait until your sauce started to bubble (you know when its hot) and add your bratwurst into the mix.
- add your lid and let it cook for about 10 minutes and stir every now and than.
- Put a cup of rice into a bowl (that you're going to eat out of) and put Bratwurst mix uptop of rice!
- enjoy!
- and go for seconds!
