Wild Rice Company Casserole

  1. Wash rice and cook in water with salt for 45 minutes.
  2. Drain rice.
  3. Brown beef; set aside.
  4. Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in oleo for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine soy sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  6. Add rice, beef, onion, mushrooms and celery.
  7. Add almonds.
  8. Place mixture in a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
  9. Add water, if needed, and season to taste.
  10. Stir several times.
