Scalloped Potatoes With Salmon Recipe

  1. Peel potatoes; slice thin and place a layer in a buttered deep casserole.
  2. Over this, place a layer of salmon and onions.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and pepper.
  4. Add in the rest of the potato slices; pour lowfat milk over all.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  6. Serves about 6-8.
  7. VARIATION: Salted salmon may be used instead of canned (about 1 lb., sliced thin).
  8. 5 servings.
