3 Day Brisket Bar B Que Recipe

  1. Day 1: Baste brisket with Liquid Smoke and 1 tsp.
  2. salt.
  3. Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
  4. Day 2: Sprinkle brisket all over with onion salt and garlic pwdr.
  5. Re-wrap and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hrs.
  6. Cold and chill overnight.
  7. Day 3: Slice and cover with sauce.
  8. Re-wrap and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  9. Sauce:Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  10. Remove and pour over brisket.
  11. For a larger brisket, I double this amount of sauce.
  12. Excellent for making ahead for picnics or possibly camping.
