Bread Flour Okara Sticks

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead well.
  2. Shape the batter into any shape you like, bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes, and it's done.
  3. The ingredients above are for plain, but it's also great if you add kinako, cinnamon, cocoa, etc..
  4. Kinako version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, kinako 25 g!
  5. For a crunchier texture, use 50 g of bread flour, but I think they will turn out crunchy enough.
  6. Cocoa version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, cocoa powder 25 g!
  7. The cocoa will burn easily so keep an eye on them while they bake in the oven.
