Jalapeno red sauce
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 1/4 cup sweetner
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 large jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Wash and remove the seeds of jalapeno pepper.
- Then dice the pepper
- Add cup of water to a pot along with salt and pepper.
- Boil till the pepper pieces are tender.
- Set aside.
- Heat the cup of water.
- Add the onion powder, garlic, and tomato paste.
- Bring to simmer.
- Add the sweetener.
- Mix the jalapeno water, and butter, with the tomato mixture.
- Simmer 7 minutes.
- Stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat add the red wine vinegar.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
