Cream Soup Mix Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  2. Makes 7 servings.
  3. 112 calories per 1/3 c. dry mix.
  4. To Use: Bring 1 1/4 c. water to boil, add in sufficient water to 1/3 c. of mix to make smooth paste, add in the paste to the water and stir till thick.
  5. Serving Suggestion: Add in minced celery and carrots to water.
  6. Boil till soft, then add in mix.
  7. Add in can of minced mushrooms to water for mushroom soup.
  8. Add in celery, carrots, mushrooms, add in paste and 1/4 c. shredded cheese.
  9. Use only 1 c. of water to make a thick sauce for casseroles, etc.
