Zesty Chicken and Rice Skillet

  1. Cook 1/4 cup dressing and mustard in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  2. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in chicken; cook 6 min.
  4. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in remaining dressing, bouillon and peppers; cover.
  6. Simmer 2 min.
  7. Stir in rice; simmer, covered, 5 min.
  8. or until rice and peppers are tender.
  9. Remove skillet from heat.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. or until liquid is absorbed.
