Marinated and Grilled Skewered Chicken
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon fines herbes
- 12 teaspoon gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- Cut the chicken into strips, 1-1 1/2 inches wide, 1/4 inch thick.
- Thread onto bamboo skewers.
- Place skewers in a 12 X 7 1/2 baking dish.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Drain.
- Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
