Scallops With Berry Glaze

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add shallots.
  3. Saute 3 minutes.
  4. Add vinegar.
  5. Reduce to a glaze.
  6. Add the cloves, nutmeg and scallops.
  7. Cook 1-2 minutes or until scallops are just opaque.
  8. Season.
  9. Stir in herbs.
  10. Serve immediately.
