Festive Chicken Salad Log

  1. Mix cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper and pepper sauce.
  2. Stir in chicken, eggs and 1/4 cup onions.
  3. Shape into log, 8 x 2-inches.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
