Maple-Bacon Pancakes

• 1 cup pancake mix
• 8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
• 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup, divided

1. Prepare pancake batter as directed on package.
2. Stir in bacon and 1 Tbsp.
3. syrup.
4. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
6. Serve topped with remaining syrup.
