Ham On Baquette With Sambal Tomat /Indonesia Fusion
- 1 toasted and slice up baguette
- 1 dash olive oil
- 12 slice thinly chicken ham or any ham
- 10 small green chili
- 5 medium tomato slice
- 10 shallot
- 10 garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken flavouring
- 1 tsp salt
- with oil saute sambal tomat ingredient for 3 minute then drain and let it cool
- use a pounder and grind it to a paste adding seasoning
- serve on slice toasted baguettes then top with a slice of thinly slice ham and dash of olive oil
