Ham On Baquette With Sambal Tomat /Indonesia Fusion

• 1 toasted and slice up baguette
• 1 dash olive oil
• 12 slice thinly chicken ham or any ham
• 10 small green chili
• 5 medium tomato slice
• 10 shallot
• 10 garlic
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp chicken flavouring
• 1 tsp salt

1. with oil saute sambal tomat ingredient for 3 minute then drain and let it cool
2. use a pounder and grind it to a paste adding seasoning
3. serve on slice toasted baguettes then top with a slice of thinly slice ham and dash of olive oil
