Cheesy Fish Fillets
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet gherkins
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- pepper, to taste
- 4 firm fish fillets, equal thickness
- 100g fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- Mashed potato and steamed vegetables, to serve
- Combine cheese spread, sour cream, gherkins, spring onions and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture onto one side of the fish.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and paprika, then press firmly onto the fish.
- Bake on a lightly greased oven tray at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and breaks into flakes.
- Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
