Cheesy Fish Fillets

  1. Combine cheese spread, sour cream, gherkins, spring onions and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture onto one side of the fish.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs and paprika, then press firmly onto the fish.
  4. Bake on a lightly greased oven tray at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and breaks into flakes.
  5. Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
