Frozen Cranberry Ribbon Loaf

  1. Line bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with heavy duty foil, set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Spread 1/3 of mixture in prepared pan.
  6. Top with the cake slices, (cut cake if needed to make fit).
  7. Repeat layers and end with cranberry mixture on top.
  8. Cover and freeze.
  9. Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
  10. Use foil to remove from pan, then discard foil and cut into 8 slices.
