Ramen Chicken Salad
- 3 pounds cabbage shredded
- 1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1 pound chicken seasoned, diced
- 2 ounces almonds sliced
- 2 packages ramen noodles chicken flavor, (save seasoning packets for dressing)
- 1 ounce sesame seeds toasted
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 packets seasonings from ramen
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1 x salt
- 1 x black pepper
- 1 x sugar
- Mix cabbage, green onions, chicken, almonds, ramen, and sesame seeds together, set aside.
- In a small bowl mix oil, vinegar, seasoning packets from ramen, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
- Pour over salad mixture and toss well.
