Saute Mixed Veggies Recipe

  1. Cut and prepare vegetables ahead of time, put in separate containers for simple preparations.
  2. To large skillet, add in extra virgin olive oil and allow to heat.
  3. Add in all vegetables, amounts can be varied.
  4. Add in salt, pepper and garlic.
  5. Cook on medium for 5 min (approximately).
  6. While stirring constantly.
  7. Vegetables should still be crunchy.
  8. Serves 8 to 12.
