Pork And Red Chille Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 pound lean, boneless pork loin, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut green beans, defrosted
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Stir-fry pork and garlic in warm skillet for 2 min.
- Add in beans, stir-fry an additional 3 to 4 min till beans are tender.
- Push pork and beans to one side of pan; add in remaining ingredients, stirring constantly to mix.
- Stir in pork and beans.
- Serve immediately with warm, cooked rice or possibly shredded lettuce.
- Serves 4.
