Heath Bar Cookies Recipe

• 1 box saltine crackers
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. real butter
• 1 c. packed light brown sugar
• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

1. Line 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with saltines.
2. Fill in edges with broken pcs of crackers.
3. Heat butter, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.
4. Bring to boil.
5. Cook and stir for full 3 min.
6. Pour mix over crackers.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min.
8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate morsels.
9. Wait a few min to let them soften, then spread chocolate to edge of pan.
10. Allow to cold, cut into bars with knife.
11. Makes 30-40 bars.
