Pasta w/ Garlic, Tomato, & Basil

  1. Start pasta.
  2. Heat up enough olive oil to cover pan (2tbls) over medium heat.
  3. Chop onion and put in oil.
  4. Stir around for a minute.
  5. Add garlic, half of basil, and a few dashes of salt.
  6. Cook in oil until onions are soft.
  7. Reduce heat to medium low.
  8. Add diced tomatoes and rest of basil.
  9. Simmer for only a minute or two.
  10. You don't want the tomatoes too soft.
  11. Pour over noodles and salt to taste.
