Cheesy Christmas Tree

  1. CUT block of cream cheese diagonally in half.
  2. Arrange both halves, with points together, on serving plate to resemble Christmas-tree shape.
  3. CUT a 2-inch piece from the string cheese.
  4. Place at bottom of tree for the trunk.
  5. Wrap up remaining cheese; refrigerate until ready to use for snacking or other use.
  6. SPOON pesto over cream cheese; sprinkle with peppers.
  7. SERVE as a spread in the middle of plate and surround with the crackers.
  8. (put a spreader or knife nearby for guests to spread on crackers).
