Water Spinach Ham and Onion Salad

  1. Mix the ingredients with a whisk and emulsify.
  2. Thinly slice the ham and onion.
  3. If you let the onion sit for about 10 minutes after cutting, it somehow gets rid of the spiciness.
  4. Cut the water spinach into 4 cm pieces and parboil for a minute, rinse with water, and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  5. Toss the onions and water spinach with the ingredients to coat.
  6. Finally, add the ham and lightly mix to finish.
  7. Water spinach is full of Vitamins A, B, and C, folic acid, iron, calcium, and more, but it doesn't have a strong taste, so it goes well with almost anything.
