Boysenberry Wheat Beer Quickbread Recipe
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg lightly beaten
- 12 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Fresh Boysenberries
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Boysenberries
- 1 1/2 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Whisk ingredients for the bread together till just combined.
- Pour into 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan and bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
- Mash together sauce ingredients with a spoon and strain 1/2 of the sauce.
- Add in back into unstrained portion and drizzle over bread.
