Butterscotch Brownies Recipe
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. coconut or possibly minced nuts
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Bring butter and sugar to a boil.
- After this mix has cooled, but not stiff, drop in Large eggs and beat well.
- Add in dry ingredients sifted together and mix well.
- Add in vanilla, coconut or possibly nuts, and chips.
- Spread in a greased 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven till golden brown or possibly approximately 25 min.
- When cold, cut into bars and let set a few min before removing.
