Easy Salmon Meuniere with Tartare Sauce
- 2 pieces King salmon, fresh salmon or cod
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Flour (cake flour)
- 1 tbsp Oil for pan frying (grapeseed, vegetable etc.)
- 5 to 10 grams Butter
- 1 Tartar sauce
- 1 Boiled eggs
- 1/8 of an onion Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 just 1 dash for color!! Parsley (dried parsley is fine)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon (or Italian dressing)
- 5 cm Carrot
- 10 to 15 pods Snow peas
- 1 Boiling water
- 5 grams Butter
- Salt and pepper and the salmon, and dust lightly with flour.
- Spread the oil in a frying pan, and put in the flour dusted salmon.
- Cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until the salmon is browned on one side.
- Turn the salmon over, and brown the other side.
- Drop the butter into the pan.
- That's it.

- To make the tartare sauce, finely chop the boiled egg, onion and parsley, and mix with mayonnaise and lemon.
