Apple Dessert Enchiladas Recipe
- 1 can apple fruit filling - (21 ounce)
- 6 x flour tortillas - (8" dia)
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/2 c. water
- Spoon fruit filling proportionately down center of each tortilla; sprinkle proportionately with cinnamon.
- Roll up, and place, seam-side down, in a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish.
- Bring butter and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 min.
- Pour over enchiladas, let stand 30 min.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
