Poached Sole with Shrimp Sauce

- 2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 3/4 cup white wine dry
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup cream light
- 4 1/2 ounces shrimp rinsed, drained
- 1 x parsley leaves chopped
- Butter a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish Place frozen fish fillets in baking dish and heat, covered.
