KRAFT CRACKER BARREL Chicken Tortilla Triangles
- 2 cups grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, Mild or Medium, divided
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup each: medium salsa and frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 small red pepper, chopped
- SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of the cheese on each tortilla.
- Mix chicken and salsa; spoon over cheese.
- Top with corn, red pepper and remaining cheese.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
- Cut into triangles.
- Serve immediately.
