Double Blueberry Sauce Recipe

  1. Put 1 1/2 c. blueberries, water, sugar and cornstarch into a medium-size saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring often.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 3-4 min till sauce thickens and berries are soft.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and remaining 1 1/2 c. blueberries.
  5. Cold to room temperature or possibly refrigeratebefore serving.
  6. Serve over angel food cake, cut up fruit or possibly ice cream.
