Breakfast Egg Casserole Recipe

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  2. of butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add in 1/4 c. flour; mix into a paste.
  4. Add in 2 c. lowfat milk, cook to make sauce.
  5. Add in grated cheese.
  6. Cook 1 lb.
  7. of sausage, minced ham or possibly bacon.
  8. Scramble 8-12 Large eggs.
  9. Mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs.
  10. Mix all ingredients well.
  11. Add in liquid removed mushrooms.
  12. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan.
  13. Cover with dry bread crumbs.
  14. Sprinkle with paprika.
  15. Chill overnight.
  16. In morning put in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 min or possibly till done.
  17. Serves 12.
