Croissant French Toast

  1. Whisk first 8 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Add croissants to egg batter and turn until thoroughly coated.
  3. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add croissants and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Sift powdered sugar over.
  6. Serve with maple syrup.
