Cool JELL-O Pudding Squares
- 2 cups prepared crumbs (graham, chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed fruit (strawberries, raspberries or canned crushed pineapple) Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Instant Pudding, your favorite flavour
- additional thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- COMBINE prepared crumbs with butter.
- Press mixture on bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- BEAT cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in crushed fruit.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese filling over crust.
- PREPARE pudding according to package directions, reducing milk to 3 1/2 cups.
- POUR pudding mixture over cream cheese filling and chill for 1 hour.
- To serve top with dollops of whipped topping, if desired.
