Spicy chicken casserole.

• 1 Onion
• 1 Carott
• 1 Swede or Potato
• 2 Chicken breast or strips
• 1 Salt n Pepper
• 1 Red pepper mill
• 1 Chicken stock cube
• 1 Extra stock or gravy

1. Add all ingredients to casserole dish with 300ml water and oven cook for 2 hours 175c.
2. Add extra stock etc only if you have dumplings adding 200ml of extra water.
