Mini Cheese & Bacon Quiche Appetizers
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 pkg. (255 g each) frozen mini tart shells, thawed
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/3 cup milk
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cook peppers in small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Spread onto bottoms of tart shells; top with onions, cheese and bacon.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour into shells.
- Place on rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 20 to 22 min.
- or until knife inserted in centres comes out clean and tops are golden brown.
